Client agrees to enroll in Integrity Construction’s Annual Roof & Gutter Maintenance Plan for $300/year, which includes:
Two (2) Annual Gutter Cleanings – by client request
One (1) Comprehensive Roof Inspection per Year
Minor Repairs Included – Nail pops, sealant cracks, small leaks, etc.
Post-Storm Emergency Inspection at No Additional Charge
Priority Emergency Tarping (labor included; tarp billed if required)
Written Reports & Photos for Insurance Documentation (if needed)
This agreement is for one year and renews automatically unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to renewal.
Payment is due in full upon signing unless another payment schedule is agreed upon in writing.
Client will receive a confirmation and receipt upon payment.
By enrolling in this plan, Client agrees that Integrity Construction, Roofing & Remodeling shall be the exclusive contractor for any insurance-related roof repairs or full roof replacements on the above property during the term of this agreement.
Integrity Construction shall have the first right of refusal to perform the scope of work covered by the claim.
Client agrees not to contract with another roofing company for repairs or replacement unless Integrity CRR is notified in writing and declines the project in writing.
This plan does not cover full roof replacements, re-decking, or major structural repairs.
Work outside the included scope will be estimated and approved separately by the client.
Client may cancel anytime in writing, but no refunds will be issued. If Integrity Construction fails to perform services as outlined, Client may request a prorated refund.
