Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each project contract. Invoices must be paid by the due date specified. Late payments may incur fees or interest. Integrity CRR, LLC retains the right to halt work or pursue legal remedies if payments are not made as agreed.
6. Insurance & Claims
For insurance-related repairs or replacements, clients are responsible for submitting claims and documentation. Integrity CRR, LLC assists in providing inspection reports and estimates, but we do not guarantee insurance approval.
7. Warranties

Warranties for labor and materials vary depending on the scope of work and manufacturer warranties. All warranty details will be specified in the contract. Misuse, neglect, or alterations by the client may void any warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and designs on this site are the property of Integrity CRR, LLC and may not be copied or used without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services rendered under a signed agreement.

10. Governing Law
