The project documents should identify the contracting entity, one point of contact, the coordinated schedule, and the separate warranty obligations that apply to each system and trade.
A useful proposal explains schedule updates, submittals, RFIs, procurement, changes, weather assumptions, owner decisions, inspections, and closeout. Those written controls make the delivery plan comparable before award and measurable during construction.
