Information we collect

We collect information in one place only: the contact form on this site. When you submit it, we receive:

• Name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Phone number (optional)
• Company (optional)
• Project type (optional)
• Property address, city, state and ZIP (address, city and state required)
• Your message (required)

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through this form — no Social Security numbers, no financial account numbers, no policy or claim numbers. Please do not include them in your message.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to you and to evaluate, estimate, and perform the work you are asking about. In practice that means contacting you about your inquiry, scheduling an inspection or site visit, preparing an estimate or proposal, and keeping a record of the project. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where it goes

A submitted form is passed to our internal customer management system, which is hosted on our behalf by Supabase. It is visible to Integrity CRR staff working on your inquiry. We may also share what is necessary with people involved in doing the work — for example a subcontractor performing a trade on your property, or your insurance carrier or adjuster where we are documenting a storm or hail claim at your request.

Beyond that, we disclose information only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Calls, texts, and email

If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you altogether using the details at the bottom of this page. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not contacted us first.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, and it does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. There is no tracking pixel and no cross-site advertising profile built from your visit here. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data such as IP address for security, abuse prevention, and delivering the site.

One thing we want to be precise about: our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google, and Google sees your IP address as part of serving them. No cookie is set and nothing is used to advertise to you, but it is a request to a company that is not us, and we would rather say so.

Pages on this site sometimes link out to other companies — manufacturers, review sites, government agencies. Once you follow a link, that company’s privacy policy governs, not ours.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, insurance, warranty, and record-keeping obligations as a licensed contractor. Construction records are routinely retained for several years after a project closes. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for our commercial and property-owner customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
