Terms of Use
Last updated August 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of integritycrr.com, operated by Integrity CRR, LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. They cover the website only — if we do work for you, that work is governed by the signed contract for your project, and that contract controls wherever it differs from anything on this site.
The information here is general
We publish articles and guides about construction, roofing, storm damage, and the insurance claim process. They are general information, written to be useful to a broad audience. They are not legal advice, not insurance advice, and not an engineering or professional opinion about your specific building. Codes, carrier practices, and prices change, and no article can account for the condition of a particular property. Do not act on something you read here without getting advice about your own situation.
Our role in an insurance claim
Integrity CRR is a licensed general contractor. On a storm or hail claim we inspect and document damage, prepare scopes and estimates (including in Xactimate), meet with adjusters, and perform the repair work.
We are not a public adjuster, and we do not adjust, negotiate, or represent your insurance claim on your behalf. In Georgia that role is reserved to licensed public adjusters under O.C.G.A. § 10-1-393.12. Nothing on this site is an offer to do it. For representation in a coverage dispute, consult a licensed public adjuster or an attorney. Your policy and your insurer decide what is covered — we cannot and do not promise a claim outcome.
Estimates, pricing, and proposals
Any prices, cost ranges, or timelines shown on this site are illustrative. They are not an offer, a quote, or a binding estimate. A real number requires an inspection of your property, and it is binding only when it is in a written proposal signed by an authorized representative of Integrity CRR.
Licensing and service area
Integrity CRR, LLC holds general contractor licenses in Georgia (GCCO009212) and Florida (CGC1539499) and offers services in those states. Describing a project or a market on this site is not a representation that we are licensed to perform every trade or type of work in every jurisdiction.
Submitting information to us
When you use our contact form, give us accurate information and only information you have the right to share. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful, and do not use the form for solicitation. We may decline or discontinue any inquiry. What happens to the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Integrity CRR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any warranty or obligation in a signed contract for actual construction work, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
