Submittal Discipline
GSFIC rules bar any scope from starting until its submittal is approved, against a 14-day architect review. We run the full submittal register backward from each trade's start date so review time never becomes float we didn't plan for.
State Reporting Cadence
Monthly pay applications, progress and schedule updates, CPM revisions, safety reporting, and daily construction reports — filed on the owner's system, on the owner's cadence, without the agency chasing us for them.
Trade Coordination
Sitework, paving, concrete, utilities, structure, and building finishes coordinated under one prime contract, with the owner's representative and design team in the loop at every hold point and inspection.

What GSFIC project experience do you have?
Integrity CRR is currently the prime contractor on TCSG-411, a GSFIC design-bid-build project building a commercial driver's license training range for Chattahoochee Technical College in Dallas, GA. We run the full GSFIC program on it — submittal register under the 14-day architect review rule, monthly pay applications, CPM schedule updates, safety reporting, and daily construction reports.
What's your bonding capacity?
We carry active bonding capacity for performance and payment bonds on commercial and public works projects. Project-specific bonding letters and current capacity statements are available on request through our surety.
Can you bid on SDVOSB set-aside RFPs?
