Yes. Our state project, TCSG-411, is bonded, and we provide the bonding documents each contract requires.
Are you licensed in Georgia?
Yes. Integrity CRR is a Georgia-licensed commercial general contractor. Our license numbers are on the About page.
Which trades do you self-perform?
Roofing. Our own crews install it. On build-outs, tenant improvements, public work, and every other trade, we are your general contractor and manage vetted subcontractors.
How do you keep projects on schedule?
We build the schedule around approvals, long-lead procurement, trade sequencing, and inspections, then track submittals, RFIs, and changes against it. If something slips, we tell you and bring a plan to recover.
Can you bid SDVOSB set-asides?
