What the Public Project Record Establishes.

The Technical College System of Georgia identifies TCSG-411 as Chattahoochee Technical College's new commercial truck-driving range in Paulding County. The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission's construction-services chart also lists TCSG-411 in Paulding. The state's procurement event identifies the Dallas project, and its April 1, 2026 Notice of Award names Integrity CRR, LLC as the successful offeror.

Those records verify the project, institution, location, and contractor award. The connection between this project and the photographs below is a first-party project fact published by Integrity CRR; the public sources do not independently establish the images' location or capture date.

Earthwork and Site Coordination.

The photographed work shows clearing, grading, excavation, truck loading, and temporary perimeter controls. As prime contractor, Integrity coordinates the sitework trades and connects their work to the design documents, approved submittals, inspection points, schedule, and state reporting requirements.

The equipment shown belongs to the sitework operation. Integrity is the coordinating prime contractor; this page does not characterize excavation as a self-performed trade or make claims about material classification, destination, compaction results, or final performance that the photographs cannot establish.

What Integrity Manages on the Project.

A state design-bid-build project requires more than field production. Integrity's prime-GC responsibilities include trade coordination, submittal tracking, schedule updates, pay-application support, daily reporting, safety documentation, and coordination with the owner's representative and design team at required reviews and inspections.

Plan the Work

Sequence field activities against design requirements, approved submittals, access, and inspection points.

Coordinate the Trades

Manage subcontracted scopes under one prime contract and keep interfaces visible before they reach the field.

Maintain the Record

Keep schedule, progress, safety, submittal, and payment documentation aligned with the state program's cadence.
